Application Scenario

Film Backing Strain Gages are divided into BYM/BYN series, BKM series, and ZYM/ZYN series. BYM is suitable for high-precision sensors of grade C3 and above, while BYN is suitable for precision sensors of grade C3 and below; The BKM series is suitable for high-precision sensors above C3 level and balance sensors; The ZYM/ZYN series is suitable for high-precision sensors of grade C3 and above.

BYM/BYN Series

  • It is laminated with copper foil and special polyimide film, with a fully sealed structure and temperature self compensation and creep self compensation functions.
  • High peel strength, strong substrate rigidity, low shrinkage rate, good creep consistency and repeatability, excellent zero return and hysteresis performance.
  • Strong weather resistance and moisture resistance, with good resistance stability and reliability.
  • Good dynamic response performance.
  • The substrate has a certain degree of toughness.
  • BYM is suitable for high-precision sensors of grade C3 and above, while BYN is suitable for precision sensors of grade C3 and below.

BKM Series

  • It is laminated with Kang copper foil and special PEEK film, with a fully sealed structure and temperature self compensation and creep self compensation functions.
  • Has extremely low moisture absorption and good resistance to moisture and heat.
  • Excellent creep and zero return performance.
  • The substrate has a certain degree of toughness.
  • Suitable for high-precision sensors above C3 level and balance sensors.

ZYM/ZYN Series

  • It is laminated with Ivan foil and special polyimide film, with a fully sealed structure and temperature self compensation and creep self compensation functions.
  • Similar in characteristics to the BYM/BYN series products, it can achieve the manufacturing of large resistance and small-sized strain gauges, as well as the production of high resistance and low-power products.
  • We can provide copper plated solder pads to enhance welding reliability and stability.
  • Suitable for use with high-precision sensors of C3 level and above.
