3. Precautions for use
- H-600, H-610 high-performance epoxy adhesive is recommended for gage bonding of BHB series and BAM series strain gauge;
- Please pay attention to control the temperature and welding time during the lead wire welding process. The welding should be quickly applied to avoid damage to the soldering pad and influence to the insulation performance. The recommended soldering temperature is 280℃, with limit of 330℃.
- The backing material of BHB and BAB series strain gauges is brittle, please be careful during the operation to avoid damage to the strain gauges.
- If customer has requirement of special lead wire welding, please describe the the corresponding wiring method according to the strain gauge naming system.
